Erika brings more than 15 years of Talent Acquistion and Human Resources experience to the team. Her strategic approach and impeccable ability to develop relationships has contributed to her success. Beginning her career on the agency side, winning Rookie of the Year for the state of Texas agency recruiters and then transitioning to corporate recruiting, specializing in technical roles in the biotech industry has fostered many connections. She holds her PHR, AIRS certifications and sat on the Miami SHRM Board of Directors for 3 consecutive years.
OMAR MERRIWETHER
Omar is a retired Navy Veteran and began his career as a Nuclear Engineer. His education and training has proven invaluable on our complex searches as he successfully leads our technical recruiting team. Omar has a passion for mentoring and an advocate for early STEM initiatives.
